Alnabelsi Barbershop ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, through:
- Our house call form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), where you'd like us to park, the service you want, a good day and time, and any notes.
- Our website chat assistant: the messages you send to the chat and, if you use its contact form, your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of request, and a description of what you need.
Online bookings are made on our Square booking page, which has its own privacy policy. Our website and hosting providers may also log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To answer your question and set up your appointment or house call.
- To review and improve the accuracy of our chat assistant's answers.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Service providers we use
These services help run our website and chat. Each handles data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices:
- Cloudflare: processes chat messages (through Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate replies, and stores a copy of each chat conversation (through Cloudflare KV) so we can review and improve the assistant.
- Web3Forms: delivers house call requests and chat contact form submissions to our email inbox.
- Square: handles online bookings on our booking page.
- Our web host: serves the pages of this website.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies or tracking for advertising or analytics. A random, non-identifying session code is kept in your browser while you visit so your chat conversation can be matched to its stored copy. It is not a cookie, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
Chat conversations are stored for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. House call requests and chat contact submissions are kept as long as we need them to respond to you, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to our legal and business requirements. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
We cut kids' hair, but this website is meant for adults booking for themselves or their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
